β€οΈ HP & Condition Tracker
Damage, healing, temp HP and status effects β for the whole table.
No one on the tracker yet. Add the party and their foes above.
How to track HP and conditions
Keeping hit points straight is half the work of running a fight. Add each character or monster with a name and a maximum HP, and they start at full health. In each unit, type an amount and tap Damage or Heal. Damage eats through temporary HP first, then real hit points; healing never goes above the maximum. When someone drops to 0, the card dims and shows Down.
Temporary HP and conditions
Use +Temp to add temporary hit points β a separate buffer shown in gold that takes damage before normal HP and doesn't stack with healing. To track status effects, pick from the condition menu on each unit (Poisoned, Stunned, Prone, Frightened and the rest); active conditions show as tags you can tap to remove.
- Can I track the players and the monsters together?
- Yes. Mark monsters as enemies so they're easy to tell apart, and add as many as you like. Run it next to the Initiative Tracker for full combat.
- Is my party saved between sessions?
- Everything is saved in your browser, so it survives a refresh. It lives only on your device and is never uploaded.
- What happens at 0 HP?
- The unit is flagged as Down. You can keep healing it back up β it's never removed automatically.
