About the ability scores

Each score is rolled as four six-sided dice with the lowest die dropped — the most common method for heroic characters — and the modifier is shown beneath it. Re-roll as many times as you like until you get a hero you want to play.

Which system is it for?

It's built for d20-style fantasy and stays system-neutral, so it slots into most games with little or no tweaking.

Can I keep a character I rolled?

Use Copy, or rebuild it on the saveable Character Sheet. Rolling happens entirely in your browser.

How are the dice rolled?

4d6, drop the lowest die, for each of the six abilities — using your browser's random generator.
